After 9/11 many stages around the Earth were fixated "Ground 0" and in communication with U.S. leadership in Washington, DC. Foreign leaders from Berlin, London (Blair) & Moscow (Putin) responded from the 52nd and 54th North Paran Zones. Ankara and Beijing, Madrid, and Naples all made official connections from 40 North stages. New Delhi, India called from the 28 North Zone and Nelson Mandela connected from the 28 South Zone.
On the U.S. mainland, anthrax attacks hit New Jersey, Ohio, and Washington, DC.
U.S. General Franks began to conduct his War on Terrorism from MacDill AFB (exactly 28 N), south of Tampa, Florida. He eventually established his overseas command center in Taskent, Uzbekistan (41 N 20') in Central Asia.
In a March 29, 1999 e-mail message to President Clinton, the First Lady, VP Gore, Senators Lieberman, and Wellstone, as well as StarIQ, was sent out - the warning was specific as to "Where". They were told specifically to focus upon "Central Asian Republics- places like Taskent" around ("When") October 25, 2001. America eventually established airbases in Central Asia for combat flights over Afghanistan. The retrospective look is a great teacher and validator.

The prisoners captured in Afghanistan were taken to the 19th North Zone - Guantanamo Bay (20 N 00').
It should be noted that an earlier "National Security" crisis in the 19 North Zone occurred on Hainan Island, when an American Spy plane was forced to land. the crew was taken to Haikou (20 N 05').

Well in advance of 9/11, an article "America's Unified Field Relationship to Earth" written November 6, 1994, dealt, in great specificity, with a major zone tracing the 101 West longitude through America's geographic "Heartland" region. This zone, the "So Below!" of America's Moon, has proven to be a major benchmark for taking America's emotional pulse.
Using an astrology mapping tool (Astro*Carto*Graphy) additional "minor" zones were established by the 1994 published article. These minor zones called PARANS, were the 19th, 28th, 40th, 52nd, 54nd north latitude. I also specifically selected out the 28th south latitude. There are other Parans to the major Moon Zones, but I chose these six. Out of these, the 19th, 28th, and 40th were featured. For 7 years, the major American newspapers were monitored for simultaneouslyappearing interconnected stories. Consider the events of 9/11.
Bush was at an Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida (27 N 20') when he 1st learned of the attack on the Twin Towers. This is near MacDill AFB, the headquarters for America's Military Central Command and General Franks. The attack on the Towers was at 40 N 41'. Shanksville, PA was in the exact heart of the 40 North Zone. The Pentagon strike occurred at 38 N 56'. All the major targets and related stages occurred within the active Moon zones within 40 days of the date projected from November 6, 1994. This date was chosen because it was when America's Progressed Sun exactly crossed the U.S. Moon natal position from 1776 at 26 Aquarius 56'. Please note that Tim McVeigh, who was executed at Terre Haute, IN in the 40 North Zone, bombed the Oklahoma City Courthouse 3 days after America's 8th Progressed Moon Return to the "Heartland".

Today's world in the aftermath of the events of 9/11 and its aftermath is seeking a key for anticipating "WHAT", "WHEN", and "WHERE" the next horrible terrist attack will occur. Experts in many fields, including astrology, maintained that there were few if any warnings leading up to 9/11. They maintain that had the coordinates and timing of the attacks been known forces would have mobilized to thwart the terrorists. The common lament of government officials issuing alerts and law enforcement agencies across America and the world has been their lack of specificity. I assume that if "more" specific details been available, a focused defense would have been possible.
Was the following message sent to President Clinton, the First Lady, Vice President Gore, Senators Lieberman and Wellstone, and others, including StarIQ, on March 29, 1999 specific enough (with respect to "what", "when" and "where") to help America's "Intelligence Agencies" focus?
"As the 21st Century begins, America will experience many "defining moments" in a "240 mile wide zone centered along 40 North. Dates close to October 25th, 2001 will time the peak of these experiences."
Between now, March 28th, 1999, and then, lookout for "headline" stories in America's newspapers of simultaneously occurring, interconnected events. These stories will rise up out of overseas places like; Pyongyang, North Korea; Beijing, China; the Central Asian Republics- places like Taskent etc...Stateside, the zone sweeps New York, Washington (DC)...All these places will tie into some "meaningful" geopolitical relationships with Washington, DC, as well as, link to major cities around the world located in zones around 19 N, 52 N, 54 N, 28 S."

I have not read any mention of the Jupiter eclipse that took place after the attack. As Jupiter was at 13 degrees Cancer it was conjunct the United States' Sun. Would this eclipse indicate our protection was eclipsed at this time? What does this mean for the future, that is does this indicate our protection will continue to be eclipsed every time some planet connects with this degree? |

While many of the comments, both in Steve and Jeff's original article, and in the posted responses are revealing, I would ask you to consider the position of the Sun in the 12th house.
Not only does it represent the traditional "hidden enemies," but it also is indicative of hidden motives. The Sun, the Solar Logos of any given mundane event, the motive force, is the energy that stands behind this, or any other solar system. To find it in the 12th house in an event of this magnitude, is a strong indication that there are issues (another 'solar' word, since the sun 'issues' the light by which we see all the other planets) to this moment in time which we simply do not see. Consider too, that it is just entering the 12th, indicating that the 'light' becomes more deeply buried before it once again emerges.
In short, the inference here is that we only think that we know what the real motives are in this tragedy. Bin Laden may be only a convient whipping boy.

Not too long ago - a month or two - I went to a Vancouver Native Cultural Event outside of the courthouse as part of catching up with a native friend of school years. The tone was rebellious and the ascent on power. One of the elders said "before peace there must be war". Someone behind me said "he's from the old school". The following morning just before I awoke I saw dark ominious clouds rolling towards me one after another after another as if a cosmic rhythm. I've never experienced such a darkness before. I have no idea if this was a personal warning or now I'm wondering if there was a bigger significance. Interesting isn't it. |

The mercury aspect and the twin towers was interesting. Another astrologer focused on a mars/pluto conjunction. I have it bookmarked as "Over the Moonbow". Of course the pluto/saturn opposition is strong too which I'm sure he did not ignore.
My personal experience with saturn in my 1st and pluto transiting 7th was alot of pain on the week-end previous. 3 days of holding in and on brought to the surface a unfaithful partner who would not grant a divorce. I vowed to die then.At that point my system totally released and reverted back to normal after a full days migrane. I am hoping my cancer will not return so this is significant to me. Peace! |

I just wondered whether you had overlooked Mars making a conjunction to the eclipse point on the summer solstice June 21. Mars made the conjunction on Sunday night/Monday morning UK time 9th/10th of September This seems to be vitally important in any analysis and probably represents the decision made by the terrorists to attack when they did. An eclipse on the Solstice is rare enough but with the heavy weights of Saturn and Pluto cashing in makes this a defining moment in humanities journey. More insights if you want them.

It never ceases to amaze me how definitive astrology is, yet the majority don't pay attention even if you do mention possibilities in the future...so be it. I called my astrologer friend Carole in Colorado Tues to get the chart, as I wasn't on-line then, and was aghast at the planets' positions. She said...wait'll ya' see the midpoints!
I didn't need to, I saw the pictures.
This grievous crime against civilians is a crime against all humanity, not a few, not one country. I hope we all stay at peace with our fellow man, and take to trial the real criminals. |

I don't think it does. First of all, I'd be careful about calling a trine a "happy" aspect. Trines just channel energy, like a superconductive wire between two planets. Granted, traditionally trines are considered good, but we must be careful of these value judgments. This Saturn exactly trining Mercury rising is representative of the exact precision with which this attack was executed. The Saturn trine Mercury is the authority with which the message was delivered.
The violence, however, comes from the very tight biseptile from Mars to the Sun supported by its septile to Uranus. This configuration shows a violent and unexpected release of energy. Additionally, Mars is on the nodal axis opposed the Moon. Anger and aggression is released.

A closer look at the timing associated with the attack...
Mars was conjunct South Node and conjunct MC at 1 deg. 25 min. Capricorn. The ruler of Capricorn (and the 4th house in this case), Saturn, was afflicted by its opposition to Pluto. Mars reached its most extreme declination at the instant the doors of both planes were being closed -7:47 AM EDT. They departed at 7:59 and 8:01 AM.
The extreme declination of Mars represents extreme, horror and criminal activity. 4th house cusp (MC) represents home and gut level feeling. The ruler of the 4th House and in this case was a terribly afflicted Saturn.
A close look at the minute by minute timing is a clue to how effective an event can be.
Broad planetary aspects like the slow-moving Saturn-Pluto opposition can be likened to a tinder-dry forest. Its not a fire until a precisely timed event is triggered.

Nostradamus predictions enlightening as noted by several others. In his Century 1, Quatrain 87: "Earth shaking fire from center of earth" when talking about the New City. I went to Google.com and pulled up many governmental geological sites on faults under New York. Also, in Century 10, Quatrain 49 he talks of poisoned water supply by sulfur. Please keep us updated and warn the general public of upcoming earthquakes in this area and possible contamination of water by natural causes (earthquake) or terrorism. Professional astrologists have a responsibility to warn innocent victims. Where were the warnings on Monday, 9-10 - the day before? Lives could have been spared even if this event was fated. |

Extreme declination of Mars is associated with extreme criminal activity. Such was the case on the Morning of Sept. 11. The Saturn/Pluto opposition is rather long and too broad to have an effect by itself. This declination was the "trigger" of events on Tuesday.

Yes, I agree that it was Mars reaching the point opposite the summer solstice eclipse as the main activation to this attack. I had been watching for this date for months. And it was the Moon in Cancer activating this from the time of its exact opposition to Mars to its approach of the Moon's conjunction to Jupiter. (I think of the outer planets as the hour hand, the inner as the minute hand and the second hand being the moon moving exactly into place - reactivating the summer soltice eclipse. Astrology can be that simple! |

The Star IQ astrologers made a fair job of analysing the chart for the appalling attack. It is hard to see, however, why Mercury in happy aspect to Saturn would signify destruction.
While Saturn-Pluto provides the ominous backdrop here, the most obvious signifier is surely Mars, which on the day prior to the attck had moved to 0 degrees of Capricorn.
Mars in Capricorn is 'exalted' ie particularly strong. Capricorn itself is the sign of tradition and vested interest. The real point here, though, is that Mars was opposing the zodiacal point of midsummer's total solar eclipse at 0 degrees Cancer.
Cancer, of course is the Sun sign of 'born on the fourth of July' USA, and of George Bush. Mediaeval astrologers reckoned solar eclipses portended the fall of the King (the Sun). In this case, both George Bush and his country seem to have been eclipsed.
Mars opposes the USA's Sun on October 1st.

I think the most compelling description here is that of Mars in Scorpio. It was the first thing I noticed when I pulled up the chart on my own computer program. I agree with other list posters that nostradamous has some truths already coming out. Does anyone remember the one that he mentioned about the man in the blue turban? I don't remember the exact quote but I remember him saying there would be evil coming from the man seen publicly with the blue turban. that woule mean bin lauden wouldn't it? What are your comments on this I'd like to hear them. |
