The observation about Spielberg's lack of planets near the MC is a good one. Clearly, one needn't have this to attain a highly successful and public career. However, Spielberg does have one of the MC rulers, Jupiter, trine to it, which is a highly favorable contact. |

Somehow, the aspect of the Moon closely conjunct Chiron also simbolises this "hurting" character - just like in ET, the vulnerability and hurt of the extraterrestrial somehow manages to change and transform all around him, even those same grown ups that were, at first, totally insensitive!
Chiron as a symbol has to do with those parts of us which are suffering or difficult to endure. But, if one can use that force in an unselfish way, one can heal others though our own suffering...
This happens through the relationship between the Child and ET, each hurting, but each playing a role that would touch and change the whole community.
One interesting thing is the fact that there are no outstanding planets in Mid Heaven, in a chart of someone as successful as Spielberg. A bit to prove the prejudice that only people with planets in the tenth get famous... Would Stariq consider commenting on this aspect? Which is: how, in fact, can one detect success or careers, in those charts where the tenth is empty?
Thanks and keep up the excellente work! |
