Hi,
I enjoyed your review of many year past and up to Feb. 2003... I have been in the process of refinancing my house and now the rates are going up again...
Allan Greenspan lower the rate about a quarter and the banks promply raised the lending rate higher? I guess it's attached to the stock market somehow... What is happening here?
I am holding off for a while on my loan, is this wise? Judith |

The dollar is weakening and that could cause major problems in stock markets here and abroad. I'm not sure about the crash, with all the plugs put in after the 87 crash. |
